Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nudgiboo ("we") for using the Nudgiboo app and its website, nudgiboo.com. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use Nudgiboo

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. You're responsible for your account, for keeping access to it secure, and for what happens under it.

Using it kindly

Nudgiboo is for playful moments between two people who both want to be there. You agree not to:

• Use it to harass, threaten, pressure, monitor or control anyone.
• Connect with someone who hasn't agreed to it, or pretend to be someone else.
• Send anything illegal or harmful, or anything that violates someone else's rights.
• Break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service, or try to get around its security.

Just for fun

Relationship Court, verdicts, characters and tips are entertainment. They aren't legal, medical, mental health or relationship advice, and they don't replace a professional. A verdict doesn't prove who's right. If you feel unsafe in a relationship, or you're in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a support service.

Your content

What you create in Nudgiboo, like nudges and court answers, stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service, including showing it to the partner you've connected with. Please send only things you have the right to share.

Our content

The Nudgiboo name, characters, artwork, website and app belong to us. You may use them for your own personal use of the service and to share things the service lets you share. Please don't copy them or use them commercially without our permission.

Paid features

If we offer paid features, we'll show the price and terms before you buy. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their rules apply to billing, cancellations and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under the law.

Changes and availability

Nudgiboo is a growing product. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

Ending your use

You can stop using Nudgiboo at any time and delete your account in the app or by emailing nudgiboo@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information.

No warranties

To the extent the law allows, Nudgiboo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will be uninterrupted, error free or that a nudge will arrive at any particular moment.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between you and your partner. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or CA$50. Your local consumer laws may give you rights that these terms can't remove, and nothing here limits them.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll also tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Nudgiboo after a change means you accept the new terms.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first so we can try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, unless the consumer laws where you live say otherwise.
